Yes, we guarantee our turnaround times. Other industries have SLAs (service level agreements), and we feel that the legal industry should too. Basically, if we fall short of our committed turnaround times, you’ll receive a credit on your next invoice.

GTX Legal builds bespoke subscription packages for each client based on their unique needs. During our consultation, we ask various questions to gain an better understanding of (1) your business, (2) what types of agreements you need help with (i.e., customer agreements, vendor agreements, and/or NDAs); (3) whether you’d like assistance with improving your legal infrastructure (ex. developing contracting workflows, templates, and repositories of executed agreements); (4) approximately how many agreements you anticipate sending us on average per month; and (5) your desired negotiation style. After gathering this information, we will prepare a subscription tailored to your needs.

Does the pricing of your subscriptions fluctuate monthly?

No, our subscription prices do not fluctuate monthly. At the outset of every engagement, our pricing is “locked-in” for at least three (3) months, such that we will not raise prices until the initial three month term is over (unless the actual number of contracts you send us materially exceeds (~10-15%+ over) the amount you projected and was used to set the initial price).  We care more about setting up long-term relationships with our clients, not issuing change orders for slight volume overages.

How quickly can you start handling our agreements?

Immediately after signing our Engagement Letter. It typically takes us about two (2) weeks to fully onboard a client (i.e., develop their playbooks, workflows, etc.), but we are able to handle agreements for them in parallel if needed.During onboarding, we build and customize your playbooks around your specific contract terms, risk tolerances, and approval workflows so that once it’s live, your agreements are handled consistently and with the same attorney judgment every time, and your involvement is minimized.

Pre-defining acceptable terms, fallback positions, and approval thresholds means our attorneys aren’t wasting time waiting on approvals from your team or “figuring out what was done last time.” They're applying a standard that's already been set, which allows them to move quickly.3.      Intake Forms. Collecting upfront the information a reviewer actually needs - deal terms, context, stakeholders, urgency - instead of losing days to back-and-forth clarifying questions. We provide customized intake forms for business stakeholders to complete when submitting contract requests that drastically reduce costly delays at the outset of each project.Experienced attorneys with built-in workflows and playbooks are what create faster cycle times.
